Our front desk team is currently operating at slightly reduced hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message or email us at info@missfitacademy.com and we will respond to your inquiry within 72 business hours.

PRIVATE PARTIES

PRIVATE PARTIES / GROUP RESERVATIONS

We are currently accepting AND offering private parties at our facility.

Private Party Bookings

After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 14th, 2020, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. This includes transportation disruptions or cancellations; travel or health advisories; border closures, or cancellation of accommodations. Please remember to carefully review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

Private Party Cancellation Policy

If your appointment is cancelled due to the mandatory closure of our facility, we can offer a refund of your private party down payment. If our facility is open, we will not be able to make a special exception to our refund policy.

To cancel a reservation, email info@missfitacademy.com at least 10 days before your reservation. You will be able to reschedule your reservation for a future date.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR PRIVATE PARTIES / GROUPS

  • Appointments are required

  • Doors open 15 minutes prior to each appointment

  • Leave all unneeded belongings in your locked vehicles

  • All attendees are screened prior to entering the building. Persons who are feeling ill should stay home.

  • Private party attendees are encouraged to wear cloth masks.

  • Attendees must maintain a 6-foot distance from each other.

  • When class ends, the instructor will advise attendees on how to sanitize their equipment, what to do with towels and where to exit.

  • After class you may gather in the parking lot with your friends to socialize, but please maintain at least 6-feet apart.

  • Three sinks with soap are available for use and should be used often. Attendees should wash their hands before and after class.

  • Restrooms and changing rooms are available for use.

  • Use of our lockers and water fountains is not permitted at this time due to governmental regulations.

WEEKLY CLASSES

Miss Fit Academy is currently offering in-studio classes. Class content/formats have been modified to meet current health and governmental guidelines while still maintaining safety.

Class Cancellation Policy: 

Because class capacity is significantly reduced at this time, our class cancellation policy of 12 hours is being strictly enforced; however, if a student is feeling ill, has a fever, loss of smell or any sign of Coronavirus or has been exposed to a confirmed case, he/she may cancel without forfeiting the class. The cancellation must be reported prior to the start time of the class.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR CLASSES

  • Class sizes are currently limited

  • Students are currently required to wear cloth masks per Mayor's Order (as of July 1st, 2020)

  • Bring: bottled water and yoga mat. Our water fountains are not available at this time.

  • Students should remain in their vehicles until 5 minutes before their scheduled class. Lobby seating is not available at this time.

  • Leave all unneeded belongings in your locked vehicles. Our lockers are unavailable at this time.

  • Weather permitting, the entrance doors will be propped open for additional ventilation and for hands-free entry.

  • All students are screened prior to entering the building. Students should stay home if they are feeling ill.

  • Do not sign in at the desk. Staff will be signing in students at the time of screening.

  • Each class will open doors 5 minutes prior to class.

  • Upon entering your class room, the instructor will assign you to an apparatus. 

  • Students must maintain social distancing of 6 feet.

  • Each student will have their own hand towel and spray bottle to sanitize equipment (pole classes & shared equipment classes)

  • When class ends, the instructor will advise students on how to sanitize their equipment, what to do with towels and where to exit.

  • After class you may gather in the parking lot with your friends to socialize, but please maintain at least 6-feet apart.

  • Three sinks with soap are available for use and should be used often. Students should wash their hands before and after class.

  • Restrooms and changing rooms are available for use.

  • Age 65+ and high-risk stay at home

FACILITY CLEANLINESS & SAFETY

MISS FIT ACADEMY'S SAFETY AND CLEANING PROTOCOL IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19:

  • All staff and contractors are screened prior to entering the building.

  • Management is monitoring and recording staff temperatures.

  • All staff and instructors are required to wear masks until further notice.

  • Social distancing is being strictly enforced.

  • Staff and contractors have increased hygiene practices.

  • Studios will be maintained at 72 degrees or higher at all times.

  • Extra time has been allotted between classes and appointments to sanitize equipment and surfaces.

  • Staff are conducting regular (every hour) disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, equipment and common areas of the facility using disinfectant cleaning supplies according to CDC guidelines.
