PRIVATE PARTIES

PRIVATE PARTIES / GROUP RESERVATIONS

We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy and the Coronavirus (COVID-19):

Reservations made on or before March 14, 2020

Private Party Down Payments that were paid on or before March 14, 2020, with a reservation date between March 23, 2020 and June 23, 2020, may be canceled. This means that customers who cancel under the policy will be able to cancel their existing reservation and reschedule for a future date or opt for a virtual lesson. Reservation dates between March 23, 2020 and May 10, 2020 may request a refund if rescheduling is not an option.

To cancel, email info@missfitacademy.com at least 5 days before your reservation.

Reservations made after March 14, 2020

Private Party Down Payments paid after March 14, 2020 will not be covered under our extenuating circumstances policy. COVID-19 related circumstances not covered include: transportation disruptions or cancellations; travel or health advisories; border closures, or cancellation of accommodations. After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. Please remember to carefully review our cancellation policy prior to booking.

WEEKLY CLASSES

CLASS PURCHASES

We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind.

Extenuating Circumstances Policy and the Coronavirus (COVID-19):

All membership, package and class purchase expiration dates have been extended 78 days to accommodate Miss Fit Academy's mandated closure plus an additional 14 days for added flexibility.

Membership payments were paused during the mandated closure. Because of this, most membership payment dates have changed. Please be sure to review your new membership payment date. Members may choose to run their payment earlier upon request.

Membership holders who are not comfortable attending classes yet may request their membership be paused longer - up until Phase 2 of Nashville's Reopening Road map.

Extenuating Circumstances Class Cancellation Policy:

Because class capacity is significantly reduced at this time, our class cancellation policy of 12 hours is being strictly enforced; however, if a student is feeling ill, has a fever, loss of smell or any sign of Coronavirus or has been exposed to a confirmed case, he/she may cancel without forfeiting the class. The cancellation must be reported prior to the start time of the class.
