COVID-19 PROCEDURES & POLICIES
HOW MISS FIT ACADEMY IS TAKING CARE OF YOU
We know you are feeling the effects of stress now more than ever, which means it is even more important to make sure you feel safe and comfortable coming to Miss Fit Academy. Below are the standards, which Miss Fit Academy is following to help protect the wellbeing of every member, guest, and employee.
Employees and instructors have increased hygiene practices.
65%+ alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available for use by employees, members and guests.
Three sinks with soap are available for use. Visitors are encouraged to wash their hands before and after class.
Extra time has been allotted between classes and appointments to sanitize equipment and surfaces.
Additional sanitation supplies and procedures are being utilized to allow social distancing.
Staff are conducting frequent disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, equipment and common areas of the facility.
Staff and instructors are currently required to wear facial masks per metro health order.
Students and guests are also currently required to wear facial masks. If you believe wearing a mask hinders your ability to receive a service, please contact Miss Fit Academy for information about potential exceptions.
Appointments are required for all classes and private parties.
Students and guests are all screened upon arrival. Please stay home if you feel ill or are high-risk.
Employee and instructor health is being monitored.
In addition to the standards listed above, the following safety protocols are in place for private parties and groups.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to each appointment. Please remain in your vehicle until that time.
Upon arrival, each guest must check in at the front desk for screening and registration.
PRIVATE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization on March 14th, 2020, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected. This includes transportation disruptions or cancellations; travel or health advisories; border closures, cancellation of accommodations, illness or exposure. Please remember to carefully review our cancellation policy prior to booking.
If your appointment is cancelled due to the mandatory closure of our facility, we can offer a refund of your private party down payment. If our facility is open, we will not be able to make a special exception to our refund policy.
To cancel a reservation, email at least 10 days before your reservation. You will be able to reschedule your reservation for a future date if a 10-day notice is provided.
Miss Fit Academy is currently offering in-studio classes. Class content/formats have been modified to meet current health and governmental guidelines while still maintaining safety. In addition to the standards listed above, the following safety protocols are in place for weekly classes.
Students should remain in their vehicles until 5 minutes before their scheduled class.
Each class will open doors 5 minutes prior to class. Please refrain from entering the classroom before that time.
Upon entering your class room, the instructor will assign you to an apparatus.
Students must maintain social distancing of 6 feet.
When class ends, the instructor will advise students on how to sanitize their equipment
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Because class capacity is reduced at this time, our class cancellation policy of 12 hours is being strictly enforced. If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before your class begins.
Classes may be cancelled by logging into your account. You may also call (615) 891-3910 or email the front desk.
Are restrooms and changing rooms available at this time?
Yes. Two changing rooms and two restrooms are available for use.
Is there a place where we can store our things at this time?
Yes. Plenty of digital lockers are available for use.
What are your current phone / customer service hours?
Our front desk team is currently operating at slightly reduced hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message or email us at and we will respond to your inquiry within 24-48 business hours.
Do you know if we will need to wear masks at our appointment?
We are closely monitoring Davidson County Metro Health Orders; however we are unable to determine what regulations will be in place beyond the expiration date of the current order.
Is anything else open in Nashville?
Yes. There are currently tons of bars, restaurants and activities open in Nashville!
