As a guest of MFA, we kindly ask that you respect the following studio etiquette:

  • If you arrive early, please keep in mind that the door may still be locked or we may not be open yet.  The staff need time to get the facility ready. Don't fret though! You should be able to enter 10-15 minutes before your lesson.

  • Please do not wear any lotion or oils on your arms, hands, legs, or feet the day of class. Moisturizer makes the equipment very slippery and builds up a residue that makes it dangerous for you and your fellow students. This also applies to the floor. Oily feet make the floor slippery.

  • Please do not touch the  mirrors or stand on the lobby furniture.

  • Our pole and aerial equipment have a weight limit of 225 pounds, set by the manufacturer. For safety reasons, we ask that you please do not perform any moves that put your weight on the equipment if you are over this weight limit. 

  • Photos are encouraged; however please consider the privacy of your fellow classmates before including them in photos.



  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Everyone who walks into the door must be 18+ years old.

  • Children, babies and observers are not permitted inside.

  • All students must sign a waiver prior to or upon arrival.

  • Services must be paid in full before leaving the building. Cash and credit card are accepted.

  • You must have an instructor, not another student, show you moves. Our classes are instructed in a specific and regimented order so that proper technique and safety are followed. Also, please do not attempt to instruct fellow students. Our instructors are trained professionals in their form of dance/fitness and it is important for everyone’s safety that this rule is respected.

  • Students appearing to be intoxicated or under the influence will be asked to leave the studio without refund.

  • Underage consumption is NOT PERMITTED. Our instructors have the right to ID anyone drinking on the premises and/or remove anyone suspected of underage drinking without refund.


  • If class is full and you did not make a reservation, you may be asked to leave. We apologize for the inconvenience but it is very important that classes are not overcrowded.

  • If you are five or more minutes late to your class, your spot may be given away. If this is the case, you will be able to reschedule.

  • If you miss the warm up (usually the first 10-15 minutes of class), you will not be allowed to participate.

  • Food and beverages are not permitted in classes, except bottled water with a screw cap.

  • While first attempting any climbing or inversions, an instructor must be present to spot you.

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a class, you must do so at least 12 hours before the class begins or your class will be forfeited. We are unable to provide special exceptions to our 12-hour cancellation policy. We understand things come up that are out of your control, but we have to follow this policy in order to continue offering classes.

  • Groups of 4 or more are not permitted in public classes. This is to ensure there is adequate space available for our members. Please book a private group lesson.


  • A $100 non-refundable down payment is required to secure a reservation. The down payment is applied to your package. It can be paid online or over the phone using a credit card. If you would like to pay your down payment with cash, please contact us to schedule an appointment to meet with a group coordinator. Credit card information is also required to be on file if paying by cash.

  • Your balance is calculated according to which package is booked and how many people actually show up. Your balance can be paid by cash or one credit card upon arrival. We can collect the balance from one person in your group. If paying by card, please bring the card with you so it can be scanned. If you do not bring the card or your group leaves the facility without paying, your balance will be charged to the card on file plus a 'card-not-present' fee ($3-$8 depending on the balance).

  • Appointments can be rescheduled once if given a 10 day notice (subject to availability). If you would like to change your package or start time, please give us a call at least 10 days before your reservation and we will try our best to accommodate the change.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 72 hours before your scheduled appointment or do not show up, the remaining (minimum) balance will be charged to the credit card on file. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Every person attending is considered a participant and counted into the pricing as such, even if he/she does not participate or arrives late/leaves early. If you are pregnant or have an injury, please check with your doctor first before participating.

  • Your entire group should arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time for registration, payment and changing clothes (if needed). Do not be late - we are unable to delay appointments or add time. Calling to let us know you are running late is always appreciated, but will not extend your reservation.

  • We realize everyone is in a celebratory mood and we want you to have loads of fun; however arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is dangerous. If someone in your group arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, he/she may be asked to sit out or leave without refund.
