DOWN PAYMENT

A $100 non-refundable down payment is required to secure your reservation. This down payment is applied to your package. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival by cash or one credit card.

HEADCOUNT

We make this easy! We don't need to know how many people are coming. Just pay your down payment to secure your spot - your balance will be calculated according to how many people actually show up.

WHO CAN COME?

You can invite all of your closest girlfriends and anyone who is "one of the girls", however, everyone must be at least 18 years old.

​

CAN SOMEONE JUST WATCH?

Yes, however, every person who enters the building is counted into the pricing, even if she/he does not participate or arrives late/leaves early.

HOW MUCH IS MY BALANCE?

Your balance is calculated based on how many people actually show up.

The prices listed on our website are accurate and include taxes.

Your balance can be paid upon arrival via cash, one card or both.

You are welcome to tip your instructor(s); however, it is not required.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

Reservations can be rescheduled once if given a 10 day notice (subject to availability). If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days before your scheduled appointment or do not show up, the remaining (minimum) balance will still be owed - No Exceptions.

ALCOHOL POLICY

If someone in your group arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they may be asked to sit out or leave.

ARRIVAL

Your group should arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time for registration, payment and changing clothes (if needed). We are unable to delay appointments or add time.
