All are encouraged to join classes regardless of body type, orientation, occupation, or age (18+). Whether you are interested in a new hobby, a more exciting fitness routine, or wanting to increase your confidence we have a class for you! We offer a variety of classes every single week!
Our convenient reservation system makes it easy to sign up for classes and purchase services 24/7. Once you find the class you would like to take, click the 'Sign Up' button to get started. The class schedule changes each Semester (every 3 - 4 months) to keep you on your toes; however, you can sign up for classes at any time.
Groups of 4 or more, must book a private party.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
When signing up for the waitlist, please expect to come take the class if you are added. If you can no longer take the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Most classes fill up quickly - sometimes 1 - 2 weeks in advance. We cannot guarantee you will have a spot in class without a reservation.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR / BRING?
CAN I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY CLASS?
Yes, if you need to reschedule or cancel a class, please do so at least 12 hours before the class begins. Your class will be forfeited if cancelled less than 12 hours prior. You can cancel classes online using our reservation system or via our mobile app.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We suggest arriving at the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled class (10 minutes early if it is your first class)
If you are 5 minutes late to class, we reserve the right to give your spot to another student. If you call to let us know you are on your way, we will hold your spot.
If you miss the warm up (usually the first 15 minutes of class), you will not be allowed to participate in class. This policy is in place for your safety. A proper warm-up is crucial to staying safe and injury-free.
