EVENTS & OPERATIONS MANAGER
HOURS FOR THIS POSITION
Tuesday – Thursdays: 10 am – 5 pm
Fridays: 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
Saturdays: 9:15 am – 5:15 pm
The Events & Operations Manager is a leadership position at Miss Fit Academy. This position has a strong emphasis on event/group coordination and customer interaction.
Responsibilities include answering phone and corresponding with customers, booking lessons, coordinating events and team schedule, preparing supplies, all social media design, content creation and posting, preparing facility for classes, light cleaning and organizing, stocking supplies and tracking inventory, keeping everyone organized and on track according to the schedule, checking in groups and collecting payment, entertaining and conversing with groups of people, getting photos, ensuring everyone is following company policies and procedures, participating in meetings, opening and closing/securing facility, assisting Studio Director with various projects.

Weekdays are quiet and steady, which are perfect for planning, social media and administrative tasks/projects. Fridays and Saturdays are high energy, fast paced and full of customer interaction and positive vibes.

Requirements
Must live in Nashville
Able to work all hours listed above (hours are more flexible in Winter months)
Bachelor's Degree
Very savvy with business use of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Efficient with iPhone, Windows, Word, Excel, Gmail, Google, typing
At least 21 years old
Leadership experience
Dance experience (preferred)

FRONT DESK SALES ASSOCIATE
HOURS FOR THIS POSITION
Tuesdays: 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Thursdays: 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Saturdays: 9:30 am – 4:15 pm
This position is perfect for a student or someone looking for part-time or supplemental work in a fun and upbeat environment. Responsibilities for this role include greeting and checking in students, selling merchandise/classes/packages, restocking supplies, ensuring students know where to go and when, answering phone, customer correspondence, and closing/securing the facility two evenings a week.

DANCE INSTRUCTOR
Contract (1099)
Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
MFA is seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to teach adult dance classes on weekends. Classes involve chair dancing, booty shaking and pole dancing (free training available for pole dance) This is a contract (1099) job. You set your days and hours! Individuals selected for this opportunity must attend and complete a handful of dance classes.
