If you're interested in attending weekly pole dancing classes, we recommend starting with Pole Dance 101. Some pole classes have 1 person per pole, and some have two people per pole. Please note, we do not allow groups of 4 or more in our public classes.

Do I need to be strong to start pole dancing?

Do I need dance experience?

Will I have to share a pole?
It depends on the class. The industry standard is 2-3 people per pole. Some of Miss Fit Academy's classes have 1 person per pole and some have 2 people per pole.
