Miss Fit Academy specializes in group lessons for bachelorette parties and birthdays. We offer group lessons from 10 am until 6 pm. Our large, glamorous facility can accommodate large and small groups. Instruction is private and beginner friendly! No experience necessary.
Choose your style! Pole dance, chair dance, country line dance, striptease, coyote, booty pop & floorplay, or aerial silks. If you are planning a bachelorette party in Nashville, we have the perfect activity for you.

Weekly Classes
We offer a variety of classes every week! Pole dancing, aerial silks, chair dance, aerial hoop (lyra), and much more. From absolute beginners to the elite, we have classes for every level. Our drop-in style classes allow students to join at any time and advance at their own pace.

Our stunning, super clean facility has so much to offer! Whether you are planning a bachelorette party, ladies night out or looking for an exciting place to hang, dance or exercise, we will ensure you have the best experience possible at our esteemed institution.

When it comes to aerial arts and pole dance studios, Miss Fit Academy has a pretty special mix that's hard to find anywhere else. Our campus includes three state-of the art dance studios with top-notch sound systems in every room and the most classes and the largest variety of dance and aerial classes every week. To ensure our students are always comfortable we have complimentary WiFi, yoga mats, and body sprays, two changing rooms, two restrooms, a makeup vanity, digital lockers to keep your jewelry and belongings secure and a lobby boutique with retail items, beverages and snacks for purchase. In the Spring thru Fall, we also have an adorable outdoor patio with seating for you to relax and unwind, along with photo props and games
BLISS: Our dance studio and custom designed aerial studio, built specifically for aerial safety, Bliss is full of fun! It has vibrant color-changing lights, a bumping sound system and six rigging points for aerial silks, hammocks and hoops.
BLUSH: With 11 permanently mounted poles that are all appropriately spaced apart from each other for ultimate safety, Blush is our largest pole studio. It is dimly lit to set the vibe and has super, sexy LED color-changing lights, laser lights and a top notch sound system. This space accommodates up to 30 students.
CHARM: Our newest studio, Charm, has five 16-foot, permanently mounted poles. The bright and glamourous space has floor to ceiling velvet drapes, sparkling chandeliers, dazzling disco balls and a first-class sound system. This space is everyone's favorite photo backdrop and accommodates up to 9 students.
THE QUAD: We absolutely love this outdoor space! The Quad is our fun, yet relaxing urban oasis where students hang out before and between classes. It has astroturf, gazebos, seating, fans, bleachers, photo props, games and a beautiful city view.
LOBBY BOUTIQUE: The perfect place to snag some souvenirs and essentials, our Lobby Boutique is at the center of it all. It offers unique retail items as well as drinks, snacks and classroom supplies. Check into your weekly classes here and visit the desk for any questions you may have. We are always ready to assist you!
